By creating an account or using RecoverJob, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Overview
Service Description
RecoverJob provides an automated missed-call text-back service for businesses. When a call to your registered business phone number goes unanswered, RecoverJob automatically sends a customizable SMS to the caller on your behalf — helping you recover missed leads and re-engage potential customers.
Billing
Subscription & Pricing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of signup.
- Cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Pricing may change with 30 days' advance notice to your registered email.
- Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension until resolved.
Free Trial
30-Day Free Trial
- New accounts receive full access to all RecoverJob features for 30 days at no charge.
- A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
- Each business is eligible for one free trial. Duplicate accounts created to obtain additional trials may be terminated.
SMS Compliance
Messaging Terms
By using RecoverJob, you agree to send text messages only to individuals who have provided consent or who have called your business number.

| Frequency | Message frequency varies based on the number of missed calls your business receives. |
| Rates | Message and data rates may apply. |
| Carriers | Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. |
You are responsible for ensuring your use of RecoverJob messaging complies with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA guidelines.
Carrier Delivery
Carrier Delays & Delivery
RecoverJob transmits messages through third-party SMS carriers and telecommunications networks. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by carriers, network congestion, or factors outside our control. Carrier-related delivery issues are not grounds for a refund or service credit.
Acceptable Use
Prohibited Activity
You may not use RecoverJob to:
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages to individuals who have not called your business.
- Transmit illegal, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Impersonate another business or individual.
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
The RecoverJob platform, branding, and all associated software are the property of RecoverJob. You retain ownership of the message content and business data you provide. By using the service, you grant RecoverJob a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoverJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered within any particular timeframe.
Changes & Governing Law
Modifications & Disputes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
