• Billing information — payment details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — how you interact with the RecoverJob dashboard to help us improve the product.

• Sending automated SMS text messages to callers who missed your business line.
• Tracking lead activity and response data within your dashboard.
• Processing your subscription and billing.

Data Sharing

We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or your customers' information to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes. Your data is yours.

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate RecoverJob — such as SMS carriers and payment processors — and only to the extent required to deliver the service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Call logs and message history are retained for up to 24 months. Billing records are retained as required by law.

Your Rights

Access, Correction & Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Callers who received automated texts may also request removal from future messages by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
